Adoption

Adoption is often a viable way to bring stability to a current family, or a way to add to a family. Our goal is to be sure the needs and goals of the parties are met.

Child Custody

We strive to be sensitive to our clients’ needs and emotions, while aggressively representing their interests. Keeping in mind the best interests of the children involved, we work toward a custody arrangement that best suits our clients’ expectations.

Divorce Law

Divorce is an area of practice in which we take special pride. We are available to handle personal crises when the need arises. We objectively cut through an emotional argument to insure an equitable distribution of marital assets under the law.

Elder Law

Many facets of the law have a direct effect on senior citizens. We help them protect their assets. If necessary, we visit our clients in their environment to complete documents and assist all family members in meeting each individual’s needs.

Family Law

Providing for our clients’ families goes far beyond managing divorce, adoption, and child custody concerns. Drafting prenuptial agreements and other family law documents helps provide for an understanding between individuals and families. We work to bring understanding and fairness to family law issues.

Guardianships

Either may be required for the youngest to the most senior clients. A conservatorship is also a money-management tool. Although a great deal of financial planning and protection of assets can be accomplished by the conservator, it is sometimes important to name an individual to be responsible for the protected person. Both guardians and conservators are Court-supervised.
